Eugenia Pavlovskaya

Eugenia Pavlovskaya has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Eugenia started their career at Itransition Group as a Technical Writer in July 2014. After that, they worked as a Customer Support and Sales Manager at LLC "Engineering company" from October 2014 to October 2016. Eugenia then joined BP as a Customer Service Advisor from February 2017 to October 2017. Since November 2017, they have been associated with Codility, where they held various positions such as Technical Product Specialist, Senior Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Team Lead, Manager of Support and Professional Services, and Senior Manager of Support and Professional Services. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Global Tech and Product Support at Codility, a position they assumed in July 2022.

Eugenia Pavlovskaya earned a Master's degree in Strategy & Innovation Management from Kozminski University, from the years 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic Support in Intercultural Communication (IT) from Minsk State Linguistic University, spanning from 2012 to 2015. Eugenia's education journey began at MSLU College for Linguistics and Humanities from 2008 to 2012, where they focused on Linguistic Support of Socio-Cultural Activities. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Product-led from Pendo.io in July 2023.
