Arif Kirmizitas

Arif Kirmizitas' work experience began in 2009 at Stony Brook University, where they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher until April 2009. They then moved on to the Medical Research Council, where they held the position of Career Development Fellow from April 2009 to March 2012. Following that, Arif joined the University of Oxford as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in April 2012 and remained in this role until April 2022. Currently, Arif is employed at coding.bio as a Senior Scientist starting from May 2022.

Arif Kirmizitas earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Bilkent University between 1997 and 2001. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Stony Brook University between 2001 and 2008.
