Celma Gaspar is a seasoned professional in partnership management and business support, currently serving as the Partnerships Manager at Coding Black Females since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing key stakeholder collaborations to drive growth. As the Founder of True Balance Support, established in July 2020, Celma focuses on helping entrepreneurs grow while prioritizing mental health. Previously, Celma founded Time 4 Mums, an initiative that provides retreats for mothers to foster self-care from January 2018 to April 2022.
