Radosław Kulesza

Tomasz Rados is a skilled financial officer currently working at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, following a role as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024. With extensive experience in various European entities, Rados served on the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw, participated in the European Defence Agency's Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team, and worked in the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate of the European External Action Service. Leadership experience includes presiding over Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations. Prior roles in the European Commission included contract agent and programme manager, and Rados began a professional career at the Polish Ministry of Economy and Labour. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2003.
