Akanksha Kondagurla has held various roles in the talent acquisition space. Akanksha began their career in 2020 as an Associate Consultant at PeopleNorth Pvt. Ltd. In 2021, they joined codvo.ai and has held the roles of Talent Acquisition Executive - I, Talent Acquisition Executive - II, and Talent Acquisition Executive - III.

Akanksha Kondagurla received their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University between 2015 and 2019.
