Curt Johnson

Curt Johnson serves as the Senior Vice President at Coe & Van Loo Consultants, Inc., overseeing the implementation of strategic goals and policies across various real estate markets since January 1993. With prior experience as Director of Planning and Project Manager, Curt has played a pivotal role in land development, site design, and managing comprehensive team growth, expanding from 5 to 25 professionals, and leading over 50 real estate development projects. Before joining Coe & Van Loo, Curt worked as Project Manager at Gosnell Development Corporation, focusing on resort hotel and mixed-use developments in Arizona and California. Curt holds a Bachelor of Science in Design with a concentration in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University.
