John Zibert

John Zibert has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. John is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Reccura Therapeutics AS, a Chief Executive Officer at Avexxin Oncology AS, and a Chief Medical Officer at Coegin Pharma AB. In the past, they co-founded BBetter IS and served as the General Manager at Future-Brain Aps. John also held the position of CEO at Studies&Me, where they focused on improving data quality and personalizing treatment development. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Medical Officer at LEO Innovation Lab, leading the development of services and solutions for individuals with psoriasis. John also held various roles at LEO Pharma A/S, including Head of Scientific Affairs and Global Medical Advisor. Before their time in the pharmaceutical industry, John worked as a Freelance Consultant in team training and paramedics. John holds a Ph.D. from Gentofte Hospital, where their research focused on electro gene transfection as a therapy for psoriasis vulgaris.

John Zibert completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Biology at the University of Otago in 2003. From 2000 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Oncology and Cancer Biology at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
