Paolo Di Trapani

Paolo Di Trapani has extensive experience in the field of optics and experimental physics. Paolo began their career as a Research Fellow at the University of Insubria in 1992, focusing on optics research. In 2000, they were promoted to the role of Professor of Optics and Experimental Physics.

In 2009, Paolo Di Trapani co-founded CoeLux Srl and served as the President and Founder until 2013. Paolo then returned to the company in 2014 in the position of CEO, President, and Founder. Through their work at CoeLux, Paolo has been involved in the development of innovative lighting solutions.

Paolo Di Trapani began their education in 1981 at the Università di Pavia, where they pursued a Physics Degree and eventually earned a PhD in Physics in 1991. In 1988, they attended The University of New Mexico, where they also worked towards a PhD. The following year, in 1989, they studied at Vilniaus Universitetas (also known as Vilnius University) to further their PhD studies.
