Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Coen Markets since July 2013, McIlvaine oversees a prominent convenience chain in the Pittsburgh, PA area. As a Partner at Thomaston Capital LLC since December 2010, McIlvaine focuses on growth equity investments in emerging consumer businesses. Previous positions include Chairman and CEO of Coen Energy, Director at Armored Auto Group, and Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan, showcasing a strong background in finance and consumer markets. McIlvaine holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
