Jose Arbelo began their work experience in 2012 as an R'Zone Associate at Toys"R"Us, where they provided assistance to customers regarding electronic products and performed various sales-related tasks. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Epic Comics as an Associate, utilizing their knowledge of comics and pop culture to assist customers with purchasing decisions and managing store operations. In 2018, they joined Asurion as a Technical Support Representative, providing technical assistance to customers. In 2019, they worked as a Service Desk Technician at AdventHealth, handling service desk duties. From 2020 to 2022, Jose held the role of Site Support Specialist at Abbott, providing site support and resolving technical issues. Jose currently works as an Information Technology Support Engineer at CoEnterprise since 2022, applying their technical expertise.
Jose Arbelo attended ITT Technical Institute-Orlando from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Network and System Administration/Administration. However, they did not obtain a degree from the institution.
In addition to their educational experience, Jose Arbelo has also obtained two certifications. In December 2019, they achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, in June 2018, they completed the UCF Coding Boot Camp (Full-Stack Web Development) conducted by UCF Continuing Education.
