Moaad Hidais

Moaad Hidais has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Moaad started their career at 409-59 Realty Corp. as an Assistant Property Manager, responsible for reviewing apartment files, collecting rent, and ensuring compliance with realty requirements. Moaad then joined Gray American Contracting as an Assistant Project Manager, where they assisted project managers in establishing best practices, facilitated platform meetings, and managed daily reports and schedules. Moaad later worked at InterBorough ATM Corp as a System Engineer, where they were responsible for ATM reconciliation, installation, service, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction. Moaad then joined the NYC Department of Education as a Quality Assurance Lead, managing and participating in crucial projects for public schools, conducting QA testing, and recording issues. Most recently, Moaad joined CoEnterprise as an Integration Analyst, Integration Consultant, and Senior Integration Analyst II. Moaad specializes in providing integration solutions and consulting services using IBM Sterling Integration Suite, engaging Fortune 500 companies, leading implementation and migration contracts, and troubleshooting deployment and integration challenges. Moaad has been recognized as a top performer for aiding trading partners in their transition to the Sterling File Gateway.

Moaad Hidais holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from CUNY New York City College of Technology. Moaad also has an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Kingsborough Community College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings" and "Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration" from LinkedIn in June 2019, as well as the "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2020.
