Natalia Olshanska

Natalia Olshanska has over 19 years of work experience, having worked for various companies in different roles. Natalia started working as a teacher and lecturer at Rivne Institute of Slavonic Studies in 2002 and then went on to work as a chief information officer for Ukrainian-American Birth Defects Program Information Resource OMNI-center. In 2004, they joined UNDP as a finance assistant and later worked as a monitoring and reporting specialist and project manager for various portfolios, including energy and environment, local development, and infrastructure development. Natalia also worked as a knowledge management consultant for UNDP Ukraine, designing project-related support activities and providing professional platforms for networking with the national government and private sectors. In 2020, they worked as a product owner for Zagrava Games, and in 2022, they worked as a marketing insights & analytics knowledge manager and knowledge platform product owner for Philips. In 2023, they will work at coeo as a product owner/Scrum Master. Overall, they have experience in successful management of several full-sized projects.

Natalia Olshanska has a master's degree in Applied Linguistics and Communication, which they obtained from the Institute of Slavonic Studies between 1997 and 2002. In 2007, they acquired a Prince II Foundation Certificate from APMG International after completing the PRINCE II Foundation project management training. In the same year, Natalia enrolled in the National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use to pursue a postgraduate degree in Business/Managerial Economics, Environmental Economy, Financial Analysis, and Audit, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. Furthermore, they attended IPSAS trainings and received certifications of completion in IPSAS Courses- Intermediate, Procurement Certification, and Programming for results management in 2008. Additionally, Natalia obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in October 2022.
