Andrei Groza

Andrei Groza is a Technical Lead and DevOps expert with extensive experience in software development and engineering, particularly in the fintech sector. Currently leading a Foreign Exchange team at COERA since November 2016, Andrei has made key architectural and design decisions while enhancing team productivity. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at ServUsTECH, where Andrei led Java development efforts and enforced coding best practices, and Software Engineer positions at Small Footprint, ISDC, and UNIQA Raiffeisen Software Service SRL, focusing on a variety of software systems and applications. With a robust skill set in Microservices, Java, Docker, and cloud technologies, Andrei holds a degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
