Cristina Garzelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and quality management, currently serving as Manager of Sustainability at FlexLink since July 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing Sustainability (CSR), Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety (EHS) for the Product & Supply Division, driving process development for continual improvement, managing CO2 emissions reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and customer demands. Cristina also has a dual role as HSE Area Coordinator for Coesia S.p.A. and provides HR support at ADMV, contributing to HR projects and initiatives. With a strong academic background in psychology and engineering, complemented by various certifications in leadership and sustainability, Cristina brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to enhancing operational standards and sustainability practices.
