Elisa Nistri

Elisa Nistri has extensive work experience in various roles within Coesia S.p.A. and Tetra Pak. Elisa started their career at Tetra Pak in 1999 as the Operations Communication Manager, where they were responsible for defining the communication strategy for a global organization of approximately 700 people. Elisa later held roles such as Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Category Director, and Marketing Director Italy, where they assessed market opportunities and supported customers in achieving category leadership and market growth.

In 2014, Elisa joined Coesia S.p.A. as the Commercial Director, leading a multinational Sales and Marketing structure. Elisa then became the Market Development Director, focusing on strategy execution and customer satisfaction. Currently, Elisa serves as the Chief Market Development Officer, responsible for Marketing & Product Management, Global Key Account Management, Customer Service, and Digitalization. Elisa drives digitalization and industry 4.0 deployment to maintain a competitive edge in the market, and partners with global key accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.

Throughout their career, Elisa has been involved in strategic planning, budgeting, new product development, and pricing. Elisa has also coached and mentored key personnel in adopting winning mindsets. Elisa is a direct report to the Coesia Group CEO and a proud member of the Coesia Strategic Committee.

Elisa Nistri completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Communications from Università degli Studi di Siena between 1995 and 2000. Elisa later pursued an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from IMD in 2008-2009.
