Esther Lopez

Esther Lopez possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HRBP Director for Consumer Markets Solutions within Coesia S.p.A., where responsibilities include HR partnership with leaders and management teams across five companies in Italy, Spain, France, and Sweden. Previous roles at Coesia include Director HR Business Partner for various regions and divisions, and involvement in the Lean Six Sigma program to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to Coesia, Esther held HR leadership positions at Syngenta, focusing on HR strategy and change management, as well as at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, where responsibilities included launching an Innovation Program and delivering global training. Esther holds an Executive Development degree from IMD and multiple qualifications in human resources and labor relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and EAE Business School.
