Giulia Ulivi

Giulia Ulivi has worked for Coesia S.p.A. twice. From 2013 to 2016, they served as Compensation Benefits & Expatriates. From 2016 to 2018, they were responsible for Organization and HR M&A. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an HR Business Partner for Coesia HQ Functions. Finally, from 2019 to 2023, they held the role of HR Business Partner for Coesia HQ Functions & G.D SpA. Giulia then joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER in 2022 as HR Manager, Italy Operations and Employee Relations. In 2023, they joined Coesia S.p.A. for the second time as the Head of Managerial Learning.

Giulia Ulivi has a Master's degree in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where they were an exchange student. Giulia also holds a Master's degree in Management and Governance, specializing in Accounting and Management, from the Università degli Studi di Siena. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Coesia LSS Academy in 2014.
