Michael Cerni

Michael Cerni, MBA, currently serves as CMS Controller for North America at Coesia S.p.A., a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Michael spent nearly a decade at ClarkDietrich Building Systems, first as Regional Controller and earlier roles including Planner, where responsibilities included minimizing plant costs and managing inventory levels to meet customer fill rate requirements. Michael's career also includes experience at Cerni Motor Sales as a Service Writer and Management Intern, as well as serving in the USAF as a boom operator from 2005 to 2011. Academically, Michael holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from Youngstown State University.
