Nicolò Manca

Nicolò Manca is a Data Science Manager at Coesia S.p.A. since January 2018, where responsibilities include statistical and machine learning modeling and the deployment of data-driven products using Shiny. Previously, Nicolò served as a Data Scientist at Gruppo MOL from September 2017 to January 2018, developing a Python solution for customer scoring through machine learning and text mining, as well as a prediction model for fire occurrence. An intern Data Scientist at Crif Spa in early 2016, Nicolò engaged in big data manipulation, algorithm development, and machine learning for fraud and retail credit risk. Nicolò holds a Master's degree in Statistics, Quantitative Finance, and Actuarial Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics, both from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
