Becky Elmore

Becky Elmore is an experienced nutrition professional with a diverse background in menu planning and nutrition education. Since April 2010, Becky has served as a Menu Analyst for Coeur d'Alene School District #271, writing menus for all students in the district. In addition to this role, Becky has worked as a server at Tony's on the Lake since March 2010. Previous experience includes positions as a Clinical Dietitian at Sacred Heart Medical Center, where Becky provided nutrition assessments and education across various departments, and as a Director of Nutrition Services at Coeur d Alene Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, overseeing the nutrition department's operations. Becky also has experience as a Diet Technician at Deaconess Medical Center and as an Independent Sales Consultant for The Pampered Chef. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Idaho.
