Dan Pearson is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and development across various industries, including mining and rail. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Coeur Mining, Inc. since April 2019, Dan has previously held positions such as Senior Recruiter and Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development at the same company, as well as a Senior Recruiter at TMAC Resources Inc., and Recruitment Manager at Hitachi Rail Europe.
