Ken Griffin

Ken Griffin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of FP&A, Strategy and Performance at Coeur Mining, Inc. since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ken held various positions at Nouryon, including Global Finance Director for both Home & Personal Care and Agriculture & Food. Ken's previous experience with Coeur Mining, Inc. includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Financial Planning Analysis. Ken has a significant background in financial management with roles at AkzoNobel and GreatAmerica Leasing Corp., where responsibilities ranged from global business control to managing executive relationships and loan underwriting. Ken began a finance career at Morgan Stanley and Compass Bank after earning a BS in Economics from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
