Rene Mendoza

Rene Mendoza joined Coeur in August 2019 as the VP of Technical Services and Projects. Prior to joining Coeur, Mr. Mendoza served as the Director of Non-Operated Joint Projects for BHP. Mr. Mendoza has vast experience in project and profile management, strategic program development and execution and process improvement initiatives. Mr. Mendoza has valuable experience from the Metals and Mining sector, as well as the Oil and Gas industry. Throughout Mr. Mendoza’s 29+ years of experience, he has managed multi-billion-dollar projects in the Americas, Middle East and Oceana. Mr. Mendoza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
