Steven (Donguk) Kim has extensive work experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry. Steven (Donguk) started their career at Coex in 1998 as an HR Manager and later served as a Senior Convention Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2010. From 2010 to 2018, they held the position of Overseas Exhibition Director. In 2019, they became the Venue Marketing & Business Development Director at Coex. Currently, they are the Head of Venue & Global Business Division / Executive Director at Coex. In addition to their role at Coex, they are also the Secretary General at Coex MICE cluster, Vice President at Korea MICE Association, and Sub-committee Chair for Venues at SEOUL MICE Alliance (SMA).

Steven (Donguk) Kim has a diverse education history. Steven (Donguk) attended KAIST College of Business from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued a degree in AIM (Advanced Innovative Management Program).
