Rachel Green

Rachel Green has worked with individuals with Disabilities throughout her entire life. Rachel’s experience with individuals with I/DD began when her sister was diagnosed with Aspergers at age 3, and continued as she studied, volunteered, and worked in the field. Rachel graduated from Ottawa University where she obtained a degree in Psychology and Biology. Rachel joined COF Training Services in 2014 as a DSP and has held many different positions including: Targeted Case Manager, Lead of case Management, Residential Advocate, Direct Support Advocate, and now Area Director. Through her work at COF, Rachel has had the pleasure of working with many neurodiverse individuals and looks forward to many more years of opportunities to learn from them and support them.
