Catalina Mergeani

Catalina Mergeani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Catalina currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications at Coface since August 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at NN, starting as an Operations Team Leader from February 2000 to May 2003. Catalina then pursued entrepreneurial activities, managing their own BTL agency and other projects from June 2003 to October 2011. Catalina returned to NN and took on roles such as Marketing Communications Manager, Brand & Digital UX Director, and Brand & Communications Director, where they demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, communication development, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing. Catalina'swork at NN included managing the successful rebranding program and navigating the challenges of a highly regulated market.

Catalina Mergeani obtained a Bachelor's degree in the School of Domestic and International Business, Banking and Finance from the Universitatea Româno-Americană din București from 1995 to 1999. Catalina also has a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from APMG International, obtained in 2015.
