Katrina Zhang

Katrina Zhang is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the China HR Manager at Coface since December 2017, where responsibilities include talent acquisition, organization, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Katrina worked as a Senior Recruiting Supervisor at Zhongyi Insurance Brokerage from October 2013 to December 2017, focusing on recruitment and channel maintenance. Earlier experience includes a position in talent acquisition at Samsung Semiconductor from March 2010 to October 2013, where recruitment strategies and candidate management were key responsibilities, and an accounting role at Grandpec Chemicals Co. Ltd. in Macau from December 2007 to March 2010. Katrina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Macau University.
