Lorena Battistini

Lorena Battistini is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for South Europe, Middle-East, and Africa at Coface, a position held since January 2010. In this role, Lorena supervises daily business operations, leading initiatives focused on customer experience, efficiency, productivity, and business process improvement. Previous positions at Coface include Business Information P&L Leader, Transformation Director, and Organization & IT Director, where responsibilities spanned P&L management, strategic project execution, and digitalization efforts. Prior to Coface, Lorena worked as IT Demand and Applications Manager at Viscontea servizi Srl, overseeing software development and project management. Lorena holds a degree in Economy & Business Management from Università degli Studi di Torino and a diploma in Perito Tecnico Industriale from ITIS Q. Sella, with additional education from SDA Bocconi.
