Maxime Baud began their work experience in 2004 as a Competition Analyst Intern at Saint-Gobain (DSC). They then worked at John Hancock Life Insurance Company in 2008 as a Claims Specialist, acquiring knowledge in retirement plan investment and inherited asset management. From 2009 to 2013, Maxime worked at Crédit Agricole as a Securitization Relationship Manager, overseeing operational aspects of securitization programs. In 2013, they became Credit Manager at Credifashion SAS, where they were responsible for credit underwriting and approval. Since 2016, Maxime has been with Coface, first as Head of Financing and later as Head of Financing & Capital Management, overseeing refinancing activities, regulatory requirements, and restructuring programs. Additionally, they are currently serving as the Group Sales Director - Financial Institutions at Coface.

Maxime Baud obtained a Master's degree in the field of study with honors, cum laude, from Siena College in the period of 2003-2007. In addition, they obtained another Master's degree from CEFAM Centre d'Études Franco-Américain de Management during 2003-2008, but the specific field of study was not mentioned.
