Sylvia Leung is an experienced talent strategy and operations expert with over 15 years in consulting, strategic communications, professional development, media, and finance. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Coface, Sylvia collaborates with C-level leaders and regional teams on talent management and the employee lifecycle. Previously, they held several key roles at McKinsey & Company, where they developed and executed talent strategies for the Asia-Pacific region. Sylvia is also an Agile Instructor and Coach at Agilizing Ltd., training organizations on agile methodologies in HR transformation.
