Ana Aldea

Ana Aldea is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in regional and international human resources management. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for Central Europe at COFCO International since February 2018, Ana previously held various significant roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb from May 2011 to February 2018, including HR Lead and responsibilities in talent acquisition transformation and development initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe. Ana's professional background also includes HR management positions at MERCURY 360 and Oracle, as well as a consulting role at Stein&Partner/Amrop-Hever Group. Ana holds a degree from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a Pedagogical High-School diploma from Bucharest.
