Henry Zhang

Henry Zhang is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of FP&A at COFCO International since February 2018, Henry has successfully transformed the FP&A function and integrated financial systems following the merger of two major companies. Previous roles include FP&A Director for EMEA at Fossil Group, Inc., and leading the FP&A function at Medtronic's RTG Group, where significant contributions were made to strategic decision-making during organizational restructuring. Early career experience includes finance leadership positions at Boloni Home Decor and Pelican Capital, as well as a senior associate role in investment banking at CICC, where Henry managed vital M&A projects. Henry holds an MBA from IMD, a Master's in International Business Administration from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
