Maurilio Mancilio

Maurilio Mancilio is an experienced PMO Specialist at COFCO International since May 2021, with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure projects. Previously, Maurilio served as Supervisor de PMO at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), overseeing a team of 14 PMs and delivering over 100 projects involving complex technology solutions. With a history of independent consulting at Brave Software, Maurilio provided expertise in IT optimization and cost management across various telecommunications solutions. Maurilio's foundational experience includes a 23-year tenure at Cargill, where significant accomplishments included optimizing IT governance, managing substantial project portfolios, and enhancing user satisfaction across multiple Latin American countries. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidade Paulista.
