Mohamed El Shamy

Mohamed EL Shamy is an experienced professional in grain trading and soft commodities with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Country Manager for COFCO International in Egypt since May 2013, Mohamed previously held the position of Trading Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Trader at Noble Group and AL GHURAIR, alongside significant contributions as a Grain Trader at Gavilon Group, LLC, and Cairo Three A, where a substantial market share in Egypt's grain imports was managed. Early career experience includes trading and broker responsibilities at El Tawheed Company. Mohamed EL Shamy holds a degree in Accounting from Minufiya University, completed between 1994 and 1998.
