Victor Piglialarme

Victor Piglialarme is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global Director of HR Operations, HRIS, and People Analytics at COFCO International since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading HRIS strategy development and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Global HRIS Manager at Red Bull for a brief period, managing HR admin processes and applications. With a long tenure at COFCO International from May 2012 to August 2022, Victor advanced through various titles, including Global HRIS Manager, Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner, and Senior Compensation Analyst, overseeing HR projects, managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation, and handling extensive HR processes across multiple countries.
