Lina Towles

Lina Towles has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lina began their career in 2007 as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator at Knowledge Consulting Group, a leading cybersecurity services firm. After seven years with the company, they moved on to Iron Bow Technologies, where they held various HR roles, including HR Generalist and HR Supervisor. During their time at Iron Bow, Lina gained expertise in providing IT solutions and services to government, commercial, and healthcare clients. In 2018, they joined COFENSE, a provider of phishing detection and response solutions, as an HR Business Partner. Lina later advanced to the role of Lead HR Business Partner, and most recently, they became the Manager of HR Operations. Lina Towles' work experience demonstrates a strong background in HR, with a focus on cybersecurity and IT-related industries.

Lina Towles earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University - School of Business, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in February 2019.
