Ryan Dockman

Ryan Dockman, MBA, has extensive experience in ecommerce and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Ecommerce & Business Development at Teqnigrip Socks since March 2023, Ryan is integral to a company that enhances athletic performance with high-quality grip socks. As Vice President of Ecommerce & Operations at Gourmesso since June 2019, Ryan has contributed to the growth of a Fairtrade and sustainability-focused coffee brand now available in over ten countries. Previously, as Co-Founder at Kapok Naturals from June 2015 to June 2019, Ryan helped establish a competitive organic superfoods company. Ryan also held the role of Managing Partner at Del Fico Toronto, which gained a reputation for upscale event management. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Director at Impact Mobile, a top mobile technology provider in Canada, and a Digital Media Executive at S.S. Media. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Geography with a focus on Sustainability from Western University.
