Dan Cox is a leading authority in the Specialty Coffee Industry, boasting over 39 years of experience in management, roasting, cupping, product development, sales, and marketing. As the founder of Coffee Enterprises, they provide consulting and technical services to the coffee and tea industries, while also leading Grounds for Health to promote cervical cancer prevention in coffee-producing countries. They authored books on hot beverage safety and serve as an expert witness in hot spill burn litigation through Dan Cox & Associates. Dan's journey in coffee began when they became the first full-time employee at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, contributing to its remarkable growth. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in History from Norwich University.
