Alok Somani

Alok Somani has held a variety of roles in the financial industry since 1991. Alok began their career as a Shift Manager at Mars in 1991. In 1993, they took on various roles at ARCO. In 2000, they were seconded by BP to a start-up company, Jet-A.com, as Interim CFO. At BP, they were a Manager on the Gulf of Mexico Business Development Team from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, they became the Sr. Manager of Africa Finance at Amerada Hess. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Manager of Business Operations, APAC at PopCap Games. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Coffee Exchange USA Inc.

Alok Somani attended the University of Michigan from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering. Alok then went on to attend UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an MBA in Finance and Operations.
