Coffee Meets Bagel
Chad Hawes has worked in the software engineering field since 1996. Chad began their career as an Electrical Engineering Lab Administrator at The University of Texas at Austin in 1996. In 1998, they moved to The University of North Texas, College of Arts and Sciences. In 2000, they joined Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer II and then Software Engineer III. In 2010, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, where they designed Android system applications, understood User Experience requirements and implemented the UI, and developed in both Agile and waterfall environments. In 2016, they moved to ZIMPERIUM as a Mobile Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. In 2021, they joined Coffee Meets Bagel as a Senior Software Engineer.
Chad Hawes attended the University of North Texas from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
