Michael van der Kamp

Michael van der Kamp has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a Theatre Artist from January 2011 to May 2015. Michael then worked as a Commissioned Salesperson at Walk in Comfort from June 2012 to March 2014. Later, they joined Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Software Engineer from June 2019 to May 2022. From July 2022, they are currently working as a Backend Engineer at Coffee Meets Bagel. In addition to their professional roles, they also served as the Sponsorship Chair at PyCascades from October 2022 to March 2023.

Michael van der Kamp attended The Canadian College of Performing Arts from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Diploma in Performing Arts. Michael then went on to the University of Saskatchewan from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Computer Science.
