Sally Fleming

Sally Fleming has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Sally most recently worked as the Operations Director at Coffee#1 starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they held roles at Debenhams, including Head of Food Operations from November 2016 to September 2019 and Senior Operations Manager from September 2013 to November 2016. Before their time at Debenhams, Sally worked as an Area Manager at Tragus Group from May 2010 to September 2012, an Operations Manager at PizzaExpress from January 2007 to April 2010, and a Business Development Manager at Greene King from May 2004 to November 2006. Sally also gained experience as an Area Business Manager at Scottish and Newcastle from September 2002 to April 2004 and worked as a Recruitment Manager at Fuller, Smith & Turner from September 1999 to August 2002.

Sally Fleming began their education in 1993 at Alton College, where they pursued A levels. Sally attended the college until 1995 before moving on to the University of Surrey. Sally obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Retail Management from the University of Surrey, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
