Greg Buchheister is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as Capo Lavapiatti and Founder & CEO at Coffeebar since its grand opening on February 18th, 2010. Under Greg Buchheister's leadership, Coffeebar has established itself as a traditional Italian coffee establishment offering a variety of organic beverages, artisanal gelato, freshly made pastries, crepes, and panini, all sourced from local producers with a commitment to sustainability. Prior to this, Greg Buchheister held the position of Director of Operations at Pekoe Sip House from August 2008 to February 2010 and owned and operated Amante Coffee from May 1998 to March 2005. Greg Buchheister earned a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1992 and 1997.
