Vanessa Santora-Alling

Vanessa Santora-Alling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, marketing, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Camp Director at Lahontan Golf Club since November 2024, Vanessa oversees a range of recreational programs for children and adults. Since January 2022, as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Coffeebar, Vanessa ensures effective staffing across retail locations and departments while enhancing the candidate experience. Previous roles include Resort Operations Manager and Marketing Director at Camp Richardson Resort & Marina, where Vanessa managed daily operations and executed successful marketing campaigns. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Public Relations from Buffalo State University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Erie Community College.
