Edward Vidal

Edward Vidal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Edward is currently the VP Strategic Partnerships at Cofi, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the CFO of Deliziosa, a company specializing in making exceptional ice cream, from January 2007 to October 2020. Before Deliziosa, they co-founded and held the CFO role at Spanfrost, a seafood production and distribution company, from January 1990 to January 2007. Edward also worked at Banca March, where they served as an International Relations Manager from June 1976 to October 1991, and as an Official from September 1974 to March 1976.

Edward Vidal's education history includes a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universitat de Barcelona, which they pursued from 1979 to 1983. Edward then earned a Grado en Derecho from the same university, from 1983 to 1987. Later, in 2010, they attended The Wharton School for the Advanced Management Program, where they focused on strategy, leadership, finance, and innovation.
