Alondra Iray Hernández García started their work experience in 2018 as a coordinator of the quality management system project at COPSA Desarrollos S.A. de C.V. Alondra Iray was responsible for initiating the company's certification project and implementing processes and procedures for standardization. In 2019, they joined Kyungshin Corp. as an Advanced Quality Engineer, where they analyzed critical defects, planned and released production lines, and validated products and processes until February 2023. Currently, they work at COFICAB Group as a Customer Service Engineer, monitoring and following up on the analysis in the action plan for the finished product area and managing a team of verifiers specialized in finished products, utilizing quality tools.
