Frederico Videira

Frederico Videira began their work experience in 2004 at Galpgeste S.A., where they worked as a Shift Manager and AQS Promoter. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and supervising shift activities, ensuring compliance with operating standards and maintaining the safety of people and equipment. Frederico also handled administrative tasks and engaged in public sales. In 2014, Videira moved to Ópticas Lince S.A. as a Marketing - Brand Manager. Their responsibilities included analyzing the sales boundaries, market research, and communication with suppliers. Frederico also played a role in the development and promotion of selling spaces. In 2016, they joined NOS SGPS as a Business Consultant, where they worked until 2019. Currently, Videira is employed at COFICAB Group as a Customer Relations Coordinator, starting in October 2019.

Frederico Videira has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 2010 to 2013, they attended Politénico da Guarda and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Following this, in 2012 to 2013, they pursued an Erasmus/Curricular Internship at Lublin University of Technology, focusing on Marketing Research.

In 2020 to 2021, Frederico attended CLT Services and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Gestão de Operações (Operations Management). In 2021 to 2022, they furthered their education at Politénico da Guarda, completing a Post-Graduation program in Logística para Profissionais & Executivos (Logistics for Professionals & Executives).

In addition to their formal education, Frederico has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2023, they received the Google Business Intelligence Certificate and the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera. Frederico also obtained the Certificate of Professional Salesforce Sales Operations and completed the "Getting Started with Power BI Desktop" course, both of which were also obtained from Coursera.
