Mircea Mihit

Mircea Mihit serves as the Corporate Quality and EHS Manager at COFICAB Group since November 2018. Prior to this role, Mircea held the position of Quality Manager for Performance and Efficiency at BOS GmbH & CO. KG, focusing on Zero Defects Strategy, Warranty Management, and Reporting from August 2010 onwards. Additionally, Mircea was the Quality and Environmental Manager at BOS Automotive Products Romania S.C.S from December 2002 to July 2010 and commenced a career as a Quality Engineer at LEONI Wiring Systems Arad S.R.L. from January 2001 to November 2002. Mircea holds an Engineer's degree in Welding Engineering Technology from Universitatea „Aurel Vlaicu” din Arad, earned between 1990 and 1995.
