Elena Aureli

Elena Aureli has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Direttore Risorse Umane at Cofidis Italia since March 2006. Responsibilities include managing and developing career plans, performance evaluation systems, training, and internal communication. Elena has also worked as a Project Manager and Chief of Organization Office, overseeing various projects related to process automation, IT system configuration, and budget management.
