Anika Caban

Anika Caban possesses extensive experience in customer success and talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice-présidente at Cofomo since March 2013, where roles have included Associate Vice President and Senior Director of Customer Success. Previous experience includes positions at CN as IT Talent Acquisition Program Manager and Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2017 to August 2021, and at Fiera Capital as Head of Talent Acquisition from October 2019 to October 2020. Anika Caban also has a background in IT consulting, having held the role of IT Consulting Director at Source Évolution and IT Consultant Manager at Facilité Informatique. Anika Caban earned a degree from HEC Montréal between 2002 and 2005.
